Being a professional musician from the age of 14 Gilson has performed with an incredible
amount of world famous superstars.

Gilson was a session drummer in the 60’s, he was then with Squeeze through the 70’s and 80’s and with Jools Holland from the 90’s to the present day, this has presented Gilson first hand access to these performers both in and away from the limelight.

With his exquisite gift for art he has created a series of portraits that go to
the heart of many of these talented performers and some of the people who have influenced him.

Come to Misty Moon Gallery on the 20th November and meet Gilson and see some of his
unique work.  This fantastic exhibition runs for one week only.
