Artist
Gweni Louu has always perused her creativity, recalling memories of inheriting handmade wooden workstations bursting full of oil paints, brushes and palette knifes from her Taid; whom was also a keen painter.
Gweni studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, graduating in 2008.
Gweni then moved to Manchester and joined Mirabel Studios where she continues to create her work. Her influences began and remain with artists such as; Howard Hodgkin, Mark Rothko and Peter Heron.
Born in North Wales in 1985, Gweni Louu lives and works in Manchester.
